I suggest you check your states labor laws. They dictate the minimum amount of hours you get for lunch and how many breaks per day based on total hours worked. For instance, in MD, it was 1 30 min lunch and 2 fifteen minute breaks for an 8 hour period. If she is in violation, kindly and quietly leave a copy on her desk without fanfare. Give her time. If she changes back, let it go. If she ignores it, go to HR.  more

Paid or unpaid Maternity leave (ML) is for after you give birth. You have 1 baby and 1 year of ML. Being pregnant does not equal ML. Go back to work until you deliver your next baby. Then you can go back out on ML.
If you want to be a stay at home mom, quit and stay home. Stop taking up space on the roles and preventing your employers from filling the spot and getting work done.

Sounds like harassment! Ignore her, stop discussing with others. Go through HR and request a joint mtg with a supervisor or mediator. Explain the... facts, not hear / say. This should end her behavior. If not, it will at least cause it to be entered in her employee record.
Lesson: in the future get the person's funds whenever a request is made from anyone. Or say, No. Don't lie, dont give an excuse. Just say No. more
