I spent 2 years as an elderly caregiver to my uncle. I documented it in my resume from a management viewpoint. For ex.,: Worked with... medical professionals to establish his prescription schedule; scheduled presciption refills to ensure they arrived in advance of need; documented vitals (weight, B/P, temp) and other changes in health; created an maintained a meal plan that supported his dietary needs. Transported patient to/from appointments.
