I am a qualified Public Health Specialist with a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Makerere University, Uganda, and over 14 years of experience managing humanitarian, development, and post-conflict recovery programmes. My expertise covers the full Project Cycle Management (PCM) spectrum, including needs assessment, programme design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, accountability, learning... (MEAL), quality assurance, reporting, and documentation across health, nutrition, WASH, food security, and emergency response programmes.
I have strong technical expertise in epidemiology, biostatistics, and operational research, with extensive experience designing and implementing baseline, midline, endline, impact evaluations, surveillance systems, and health facility assessments using WHO survey methodologies and LQAS. I am proficient in SPSS, STATA, DHIS2, Epi Info, ODK, Kobo, GIS, ENA for SMART, and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and evidence-based decision-making.
My experience includes strengthening health systems through M&E framework development, performance monitoring plans, data quality assessments (DQAs), supportive supervision, and capacity building of government and partner staff on HMIS, DHIS2, and data use. I have successfully managed multi-sectoral programmes funded by USAID, WHO, Global Fund, UNICEF, UNFPA, World Bank, ECHO, BHA, and Global Affairs Canada, while leading multidisciplinary teams, mobilizing resources, and delivering high-quality programmes in complex humanitarian and resource-constrained settings.
