I lead youth workforce development programming through Good Son Youth Foundation, a community-based organization serving youth ages 16–24 in Oceanside and North County San Diego. I design and deliver strength-based, prevention-focused programs that help motivated young people align their interests and skills with education, training, and career pathways.
My work includes program development,... youth outreach and engagement, career exploration, workforce readiness training, mentoring, leadership development, and coordination of work-based learning opportunities. I collaborate with schools, employers, and community organizations to support educational persistence, paid work experience, and long-term economic mobility for youth.
I am seeking partnerships with youth-serving organizations, workforce development agencies, schools, employers, and nonprofit leaders interested in collaborating on youth career pathways, paid work-based learning, mentoring, and workforce readiness initiatives.
I am also open to fiscal sponsorship, program partnerships, and referral relationships that support compliance, data reporting, and program sustainability for grant-funded workforce programs. My goal is to build aligned partnerships that expand access to opportunity for youth and strengthen the local workforce ecosystem. more
