He possesses an overall working experience of over 30 years mostly as a Management Consultant specializingin Business and IT Consulting. In his last role at IBM, he was the Delivery Excellence Leader for a portfolio ofover 70+ projects in the Middle East, for 10+ years. He was mentoring and guided the Project Executives andProject Managers to ensure timely, quality, and within-budget delivery on... all projects. The projects were diverse inindustries, solutions and nature of engagement.
Before this, he was the first Country Leader for IBM Consulting (created as a result of the global acquisition ofPricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) Consulting) and was the architect behind establishing the consulting businesson a solid footing with consistently high growth in his tenure. He was responsible for the business development,practice development, resource development, and delivery of projects with full P&L responsibility.
At PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) Consulting, he was a Director and Head of the IT consulting business forPakistan for 9+ years and then Director for the Middle East Pakistan (MEP) region for over 2 years. He was themain architect in establishing the IT Consulting practice with full P&L responsibility which saw the practice growyear on year at double digits.
