2. Order Processing and Delivery:
• Receive and process customer orders for packaged food items promptly and accurately.

• Deliver packaged food items to customers' locations, ensuring proper handling and adherence to delivery timelines.
• Provide excellent customer service during the delivery process, addressing any customer inquiries, concerns, or special requests.

3. Product Knowledge and Upselling:
• Develop a deep understanding of the hotel's packaged food offerings, including their ingredients, preparation methods, and unique features.
• Effectively communicate product information and recommendations to customers, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Identify upselling opportunities and encourage customers to explore additional food options or promotional offers available.

4. Sales Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, order details, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare regular sales reports, summarizing sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Provide feedback and insights gathered from customers to the sales and marketing team, contributing to the development of effective strategies.

5. Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring personalized attention and excellent customer service.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
• Act as a brand ambassador, consistently representing the hotel's values and maintaining a positive image in all customer interactions.

Requirements:
• Minimum of K.C.S.E certificate. Additional education in sales, marketing, or hospitality is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is desirable.
