The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions across multiple channels and ensuring a seamless experience for our e-commerce clients.


Key Responsibilities


Handle customer inquiries via phone, email,... and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Address and resolve customer complaints effectively; escalate complex issues where necessary.
Assist customers with orders, returns, exchanges, and provide accurate product information.
Monitor and track customer orders to ensure timely processing and delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.


Required Qualifications and Skills


Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service within an e-commerce environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer queries simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).


Preferred Qualifications


Experience with e-commerce platforms and tools.

About the Role:


We are hiring Sales Consultant to join our fast-paced, performance-driven team. You will engage potential customers over the phone, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


Call at least 80 leads every week – B2B prospects.
Potential leads to be follow-up on regular basis, including... sending follow up emails and regularly calling them, and establish their requirements; timelines for projects; pain points and/or enquiries. 
Ensure potential customers are sent quotes in a timely manner.
Follow ups on the quotes sent and address any concerns raised on the quotation to ensure closure of the lead. 
Schedule conference calls to address technical questions.
Maintain sales records and meet daily/weekly KPIs
Utilize effective negotiation skills to close deals and foster strong client relationships
Attend relevant industry conferences and exhibitions to network and identify new business opportunities.
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to stay informed on industry trends and competitive activity.


Qualifications:
