About the Role:


We are hiring Sales Consultant to join our fast-paced, performance-driven team. You will engage potential customers over the phone, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


Call at least 80 leads every week – B2B prospects.
Potential leads to be follow-up on regular basis, including sending follow up emails and regularly calling them, and establish their requirements; timelines for projects; pain points and/or enquiries. 
Ensure potential customers are sent quotes in a timely manner.
Follow ups on the quotes sent and address any concerns raised on the quotation to ensure closure of the lead. 
Schedule conference calls to address technical questions.
Maintain sales records and meet daily/weekly KPIs
Utilize effective negotiation skills to close deals and foster strong client relationships
Attend relevant industry conferences and exhibitions to network and identify new business opportunities.
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to stay informed on industry trends and competitive activity.


Qualifications:


Minimum of Degree in Sales, Marketing, or in Business, or a related field
At least 5 years sales experience in high value sales – preferably in fiber optic
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Target-driven and resilient under pressure
