Position Summary


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Consultant with expertise in Fiber Optic Solutions. This role requires a proactive individual with strong sales skills and in-depth knowledge of fiber optic technology, who can drive B2B sales and support business growth.


Knowledge, Skills, and Experience


Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field
At least three (3) years of experience in the telecommunications or fiber optic industry
Proven track record in B2B sales, with a strong ability to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships, offering tailored solutions to meet business needs
Solid technical understanding of fiber optic solutions, products, and installation processes
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in fiber optics
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create strategic sales plans
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for tracking sales and managing customer information
