Position Summary:


We are looking for a skilled Data Annotation Specialist to join our team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role involves preparing and labeling data for machine learning models, ensuring accuracy, and providing insights from annotated data.


Duties & Responsibilities:


Annotate and label data with high accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to understand data requirements.
Maintain and improve quality standards for data annotation projects.
Generate reports and insights based on annotated data.
Assist in developing and maintaining annotation guidelines.
Quickly adapt to new tools and processes as the project requirements evolve.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks to meet project deadlines.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
Experience: At least one (1) year of experience in Data Annotation.
High attention to detail.
Advanced computer skills for report preparation and data analysis.
Knowledge of call center operations and best practices in digital content review.
Strong analytical abilities for data interpretation and insight generation.
Effective time management and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines.
Ability to make quick and informed decisions.
