Submit Comprehensive Report on each Inspection, indication deviations in:
Bring any failure of tools to the attention of the Site Manager & Product Manager
Liaise with Product Manager to resolve any customer complaint/claim related to tools used on site.
Attend necessary meetings with... customer to identify and plan corrective action where excessive tool use, poor drilling practice, poor machine condition/maintenance, incorrect drill string configuration, incorrect tool application has been reported.
Follow up on execution of recommendations and keep record of such meetings with the customer.
