Responsible for the P&L of the ADS Division in the region.
Maintain a high level of product application knowledge and focused support for ADS equipment. Work to educate the sales force on their selling features and benefits. Provide all the necessary product information that may be required in support of the sales effort.
Co-ordinate all communication with the Product Company regarding product specifications, applications, forecasting and production scheduling to ensure the availability of product within the delivery time.
Maintain an up-to-date portfolio of competitor information including equipment specifications, market activities and market share.
Meet and exceed the customer’s expectations on problem resolutions.
Support the sales force in their selling efforts. This will include the preparation of quotations, product application studies, tenders and sales support material.


Competences, Skills & Experience:


5 - 8 years exposure to the sales and business development environments of the drilling industry
Sound knowledge of Surface drills and their applications.
Proven track record in sales of Surface Drilling product lines.
Team management expertise.
A complete and thorough knowledge of company values and their ability to promote them both internally as well as externally.
Good internal and external communication skills and customer focused.
Computer literate.

Experience with Balance sheet recons/month end reporting/ IFRS standards / VAT and other related functions 
Fluency in English is a key requirement. Mastery of one or more key Regional language such as French or Portuguese will be an advantage
Proven ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Conduct regular inspections of products in a safe way at various stages of production to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Perform audits and participate in testing on finished products, ensuring they meet customer requirements, performance parameters and regulatory guidelines.
Document audit findings, create detailed reports and... communicate the findings to peers and assembly teams.
Collaborate with assembly teams on corrective actions to be taken to address non-conformance issues and ensure no defects are passed on to customers.
Maintain accurate records of inspection results, audit reports, and other relevant documentation and ensure regular review meetings are happening to establish root cause and impart "lessons learnt" from audit findings.
Provide feedback on product quality trends and plan training on identified areas for improvement in turn reducing audit points.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Systematically Inspect all Drill Rigs Operational on Customer Site.
Submit Comprehensive Report on each Inspection, indication deviations in:
Bring any failure of tools to the attention of the Site Manager & Product Manager
Liaise with Product Manager to resolve any customer complaint/claim related to tools used on site.
Attend necessary meetings with... customer to identify and plan corrective action where excessive tool use, poor drilling practice, poor machine condition/maintenance, incorrect drill string configuration, incorrect tool application has been reported.
Follow up on execution of recommendations and keep record of such meetings with the customer.
