Main Duties & Responsibilities:


Improving efficiencies within the production environment.
Decreasing costs.
Develop SOPs for all operations related to production.
Problem solving on all CNC operations.
Continuous improvements on all CNC operations.
Maintaining of all equipment and ensuring schedules are followed.
Maintaining of tool room and stock holding of cutting tips.
Focus on developing and assisting the quality department.
Communication between shifts are clear and followed up.


Competences, Skills and Experience:


Fluent in G-code programming on Fanuc, Haas and Okuma machines
Must be able to set up both lathe and milling CNC machines
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a CNC workshop environment, managing a shift with multiple reporting staff and machines under your control.
People management skills
Attention to detail
