I am a dedicated Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer with 4 years of experience in designing and implementing M&E frameworks across the humanitarian, education, and health sectors. Currently, I work at Daktari Media Africa Limited as a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Officer, where I develop MEAL plans, design data collection tools, and conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and enhance program effectiveness. My role also involves preparing detailed reports for stakeholders, facilitating knowledge sharing, and supporting business proposal development. I am passionate about leveraging data to drive impact and ensure accountability in project implementation. My skills in research methodologies, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement enable me to translate complex data into actionable insights for continuous improvement. I am looking to further my career in the M&E field by taking on roles that offer opportunities for strategic planning, advanced data analytics, and leadership in project monitoring and evaluation.
