Job Responsibilities

This role will involve the following:

Transaction posting
Handling and closing department related member support tickets
Monitoring daily transaction operations and escalating/addressing potential issues when they arise
Daily Report Creation and Monitoring for Operations Processes
Addressing requests received from Banking partners
Escalating requests to Banking... partners
Completing administrative tasks
Assisting with card ordering, reissues, and expedites
Assisting with POS ordering and expedites
Recording daily metrics
Submitting weekly required reports.

Experience & Personal Specification

Minimum of Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of experience in banking operations / customer experience
Exceptional organizational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

Loan sales and mobilization for new account
Provide customer service to ensure Members have all relevant information about our loan products
Assess Members business and cash flow status
Work with the bank collection agents to ensure prompt repayment
Evaluate creditworthiness and risks
Analyze risks and approve or reject loan requests
Calculate financial ratios (e.g.... credit scores
Maintain updated records of loan applications
Follow up with Members about loan renewals
