Job Responsibilities

This role will involve the following:

Transaction posting
Handling and closing department related member support tickets
Monitoring daily transaction operations and escalating/addressing potential issues when they arise
Daily Report Creation and Monitoring for Operations Processes
Addressing requests received from Banking partners
Escalating requests to Banking partners
Completing administrative tasks
Assisting with card ordering, reissues, and expedites
Assisting with POS ordering and expedites
Recording daily metrics
Submitting weekly required reports.

Experience & Personal Specification

Minimum of Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of experience in banking operations / customer experience
Exceptional organizational and administrative skills.
