This is a full-time on-site role as a Software Solutions and Cyber Security Solution Sales/Marketing Manager at Infytel Communications located in Lagos.
As the Sales/Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day sales and marketing activities related to software solutions and cyber security solutions.
Your tasks will include identifying potential clients, managing... customer relationships, developing sales strategies, promoting our digital solutions, and meeting sales targets.
You will also collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of solutions.

Qualifications

Excellent knowledge of software solutions and cyber security
Experience in sales and marketing in the software or technology industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Proven track record in meeting sales targets
Knowledge of information technology and enterprise software
Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate effectively with the technical team
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the MD’s itineraries
Attend meetings with the MD or on behalf of the MD, take minutes, develop it and distribute accordingly
Coordinate and manage the office of the MD
Act as point of contact for the organization
Attend and manage information flow in a timely and organized manner
Arrange for all executive travels, accommodations and movement
Schedule appointments and manage phone calls
Manage the customer base of the executives
Manage the Clients Birthdays 
Attend to visitors on behalf of the MD
Any other assignment that might be given by the management.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum qualification of HND/B.Sc in computer science, computer engineering or any related qualifications. Professional certificate would be an added advantage
Good understanding and analysis of IT Solutions and services
Knowledge of basic hardware and software
Proven experiences of IT solutions 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must have at least 4-5 years knowledge of the role.

Requirements

Candidates should possess an HND qualification with 5 - 10 years work experience.
Hands-On experience in working and handling Loan Management System Solution and projects.
General Ledger understanding will be an added advantage.
Expert knowledge of Financial Services including exposure on Banking products / applications including exposure in Retail / Commercial Banking, Loan... systems (Origination / Management) and General Accounting.
Good understanding of Banking and Financial Services domain terminologies and current industry trends.
Knowledge of Loan Management System is highly desirable
Understanding of the SDLC lifecycle in Application development specifically for a Banking/Financial Services client or product.
High-level understanding of infrastructure design, data model and application / business architecture
Participates or support, as required, the creation and packaging of proposals and/or statements of work for client presentation.

Negotiate costs and agreements of products and services of the company
Execute the accounting process with the best accounting practices
Coordinate internal and external financial resources to expedite workflows
Manage financial communication between staff and management

Remittance of relevant taxes as at when due
Tax clearance certificate
Develop periodic report for management
Audit financial transactions and documents,
Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups
Keep up with financial policies, regulations and legislations
Ensure statements, records and invoices are in compliance with the laws, regulations and collective terms of agreements between SHIVTECH and the third party
Examine statements to ensure accuracy
Inspect account books and accounting systems to keep up to date
Improve business efficiency where money is concerned
Suggest ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues and improve profits
Ensure all advances payments are cleared within a week from the day cash is dispensed.
Verify allocate, post and reconcile all transactions
Prepare all invoices as at the time agreed with customers
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing accounting information
Provide accounting support and advice to all units
Produce error free accounting reports
Participate in financial standard setting and in forecast process with the management
Document financial transactions by entering account information
Summarize present/current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports
Prepare asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
Substantiate financial transactions by auditing every document
Secure financial information by completing database
Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports on all the accounts
Other assignments as may be directed by the management.
