Infytel Communications Limited is looking to hire a vibrant, smart, intelligent and detailed oriented individual for the post of a Personal Assistant./Client Relations.
The prospective candidate should have skills in:

Office management skill
Customer Relations Management
Ability to prioritize task
Verbal and written communication skill
Familiar with office gadgets
Time management skill
Always pay attention to details

Ability to multi- task
Good knowledge in MS office, Outlook, excel, power point etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the MD’s itineraries
Attend meetings with the MD or on behalf of the MD, take minutes, develop it and distribute accordingly
Coordinate and manage the office of the MD
Act as point of contact for the organization
Attend and manage information flow in a timely and organized manner
Arrange for all executive travels, accommodations and movement
Schedule appointments and manage phone calls
Manage the customer base of the executives
Manage the Clients Birthdays 
Attend to visitors on behalf of the MD
Any other assignment that might be given by the management.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum qualification of HND/B.Sc in computer science, computer engineering or any related qualifications. Professional certificate would be an added advantage
Good understanding and analysis of IT Solutions and services
Knowledge of basic hardware and software
Proven experiences of IT solutions 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must have at least 4-5 years knowledge of the role.
