We wish to hire a vibrant and qualified Business Development Manager to head our Business Delopment Team. Someone who is ready to take the IT Solutions sales force of the organisation to another level.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 


Supervise the activities of the Business Development Teams and report same to the management 


Plan the marketing strategies and implementations 


Create sales opportunities and strong pipeline of sales targets 


Increase sales revenue of the company’s products and services 


Set targets for all team members and make sure the targets are met 


Rigorously sell the company’s IT solutions to the right markets  


Identify networking opportunities for sales opportunities 


Recommend suitable IT Solutions to clients and customers 


Identify strategic viable leads at the helms of affairs and pitch Solutions to them 



REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate must have Bachelor Degree/HND in computer sciences or any relevant IT field
At least 7 years IT Solutions sales record 
Must have good skill of both oral and written communications
Must have sound networking skill in sales
must be confident and ability to work under pressure.
