But here's the truth: most companies today are focused on getting the most value for the lowest cost. That means they don’t always invest in their people the way they should.

But you can’t wait for them. Invest in yourself.
If you want to grow or earn more, start looking into certifications or training—free or paid—that align with your dream job. The skills you gain will open doors, even if not at your current job.

Write a resignation letter—not to quit right away, but to remind yourself that you’re not stuck. Get clear about what you want, what it pays, and what it takes to get there.

It may sound harsh, but your managers don’t always block your growth—you do, when you settle. Make yourself so valuable that staying in place is no longer an option.

Your next level is waiting. You just have to choose it. more

Sean I really understand your concern mind you your hiring manager knows only what you have portrayed there it and with that he can’t put you on a... position as such so based on your point, what you should be of best is to become a potential team player so that you can portray all the needed skills that is beneficial in the various fields and it will create a good exposure for your manager to choose you first okayyy  more

The only advice I can give you is to be looking for a job . Get a place where you are proud of

What company is this? Leave that place they dont care about you for sure

Kind of like Doing a concert,
We usually make a set list of the music we’re going to do. Granted ,... there’s the customer who comes up -person, And requests the song. So we make a list though we give freedom to what happens during the night.

In the same way,
Make a general to detail list of what you want done. If they’re small things needing fixed, like it sounds like you do this, Have room for The way they write things for your documents, if this is what you’re dealing with.

if it’s in MS Word, for example,
Word has a comment feature to the side where you can make notes and send back to the person to fix it, instead of fixing it yourself.

Listen you can go get a job let him hire somebody u need your own income what life is that for you working all day no paycheck ok slavery is over... tell him to post the position give him two weeks u need to get a job of your own and create your own income if he loves you he will understand
When he has to hire see what that salary is and demand it that’s it more
