A healthy body is better than a huge salary, it's one of those few things money can't buy. As you eye the salary, you may have to... prioritize your health since it's the good health that makes the money. I wouldn't love us to lose you just because after making the money, it couldn't save your life. Additionally consult your doctor more on the reasons he thinks you need another job and if it can be discussed with your employer, you may give it a chance.
