Work experience

 First point of contact and day-to-day technical support to end users by interacting with clients and provide user access service.
 Creating and setting up new user accounts and configuring them to the network.

systems and car alarms.
 Data analysis based on customer finding risks and recommendation.
 Responsible for all technical installations and trainings to be at per with the current
market devices.
 Stock testing of the new gadgets (trackers, speed governors and fuel monitoring systems)
in the market
 Allocation and designation of technical work assignments and coordinating their
activities.
 Monitoring and evaluations of clients assets installed with our gadgets and generating
reports based on performance.
 Fleet management of all vehicles corporates and individual clients to ensure minimal
downtime.
 Data backup and systems recovery.
 Maintaining of network and internet services LAN/WAN and monitoring
network/Bandwidth usage
