  • Ensuring that all new employees and existing employees up to the level of supervisor have valid and appropriate employment documents and the same has been filed and kept safely in the lockable cabinets, with controlled access.
  • Implementing and ensuring adherence to Human Resources policies, while assisting in monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of policies.

  • Assist the Human Resource manager in development of annual staff leave plan, maintaining the same and assure all leave request forms are correctly processed in a timely fashion.
  • Timely and accurate computation of terminal dues exits and liaising with Human Resource Manager for payments within the required periods.
  • Engaging with the online Payment platforms to ensure successful, timely and accurate payment of HELB, NHIF and NSSF.
