Job Summary:
The job holder will report to the Manager-Warehousing and... will supervise some assistant officers working in the department. He/She will have external and internal working relationships with clients’ representatives and unit heads/representatives (fleet, distribution, and the supply chain management services) respectively, interfacing on work-related matters.
Being responsible for certain projects within the department, he/she is expected to ensure that commodities under assigned projects are properly received into the warehouses based on the company’s standard operating procedures, properly stored and managed in accordance with warehousing best practices and dispatched to client locations or released to client representatives within stipulated timelines and in the right condition, quality, and quantity.
The job holder working with the inventory personnel will provide monthly reports on different grant/client activities and transactions to the appropriate person in a timely manner, ensuring correctness and accuracy of reports sent out.
Working with other colleagues, the job holder is to show a high sense of responsibility, cordiality, respect, and dignity of fellow workers.
Key Skills and Requirements:
1. Minimum of BSc Medical Lab Science.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years post-NYSC hands-on work experience.
3. Experience in Supply chain (Warehousing) is an added advantage.
4. Effective communication, analytical and writing skills.
5. Attention to details, good planning, and proper time management.
6. Good knowledge of MS Office packages.

DUTIES
... Maintain aneffective and efficient electronic and hard copy filing system and when necessary, retrieve documents from the filing system.   
• Manage the HR department's incoming and outgoing mail register.
• Coordinate Logistics for HR projects such as staff meetings, training, interviews, and staff orientation.
• Maintain a recruitment database and archive CVs
• Assist with sending invites to candidates, preparing the necessary documentation for interviews, conducting background checks, and coordinating pre-employment tests.
• Follow up with Conveyors registration process
• Manage staff HMO, welfare benefits- Births, weddings, death, etc
• Process contract staff monthly timesheets
• Administer the leave tracker and follow up with leave approvals.
• Carry out HR clerical work such as photocopy and scanning of documents as well as sending to appropriate quarters and follow up to retrieve acknowledgment copies.
• Carry out attendance analysis for the headquarters and region and generate a weekly report.
• Process renewal of Group Life Assurance, NSITF, Health Insurance, and Fidelity Insurance.
• Monitor the ID card and call cards production process.
• Any other task as assigned by the supervisor.
Key Skills and Requirements:
1. Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in social science, Humanities or related discipline Minimum of 2 years post-degree hands on work experience.
2. Possess strong IT skills- Ms Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc
3. Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
4. Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work to targets and deadlines, both independently and as part of a team.
5. Must be resident in Abuja.

Requirements
• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND, or Masters with 3 - 6 years of experience.

• Knowledge of building or has worked with an E-commerce organization would be an advantage.
• Good Knowledge of campaign strategies - good use of social media will be an advantage.
