• Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.

• Visit and meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your people network.
• Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
• Develops, implement, execute, monitors and evaluates strategic marketing plans to achieve the organization’s objectives.
• Oversee product development or monitor trends that indicate new business opportunities.
• Design the brand strategy for the key brand, with emphasis on creating brand awareness nationwide in line with the strategic objectives of the company.
• Direct and steer the process of strategy implementation with marketing activity plans to maximize brand awareness and grow market share
• Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
• Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections. Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
• Develop new sales areas and improving sales through various methods. (Offline And online).
• Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business.
• Developing strategies to acquire new customers through existing channels such as search engine optimization (SEO) or pay-per-click advertising (PPC), SEM, social media, Offline Etc
• Conducting research to find new ways to reach target audiences through social media channels, email campaigns, content creation, etc.
• Creating content such as blog posts, videos, infographics, etc. that are relevant to target audiences and can be easily shared across social media platforms
• Analyzing website data to identify what types of content resonate with visitors, what types of content are ignored, and how frequently visitors are accessing the website
• Creating new content tailored to specific audiences' interests and behaviours in order to prompt engagement and sales with a product or service
• Collaborating with designers and developers and other staff to create high-quality websites, landing pages, flow pages etc that are appealing to users
• Using data analysis tools to track website performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Developing strategies for increasing sales conversions of products through strategic partnerships with other companies.
Requirements
• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND, or Masters with 3 - 6 years of experience.
• Background and Skills: Has excellent organizational, digital /growth hacking and leadership skill
• Knowledge of building or has worked with an E-commerce organization would be an advantage.
• Good Knowledge of campaign strategies - good use of social media will be an advantage.
