Work experience

The IG program, short for International Graduate program, has been quite a ride. It's been my journey of figuring out where I fit best in the banking sector, following a carefully planned learning path.
I've gone through rotations in different parts of the consumer bank, taking on leadership roles in significant projects and client campaigns. Along the way, I've gained invaluable skills and knowledge that I wouldn't have acquired otherwise. Simultaneously, I've been able to showcase my unique talents in:
Leading client campaigns.
Contributing to the design and implementation of client acquisition programs.
Playing a role in developing client value propositions.
Managing the development, deployment, and tracking of new marketing campaigns.

Work experience

Event planning and handling: Creating PowerPoint presentations, drafting reports, designing creatives and researching market and industry trends.
Research: Conducted an extensive market research to identify opportunities the Bank can leverage on to maintain their competitive advantage in the industry i.e. sustainability, inclusion and mass retail banking.
Website and Social Media Reviews: Designing supervised social media and internal employee
engagement posts, scheduling them and creating a general strategy for public engagements and marketing.
Clerical Roles: Take notes and memos during meetings; typing documents, drafts and reports and manage customer files for archiving as required by CBK.
Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks; Affluent Banking, Portfolio Management and client Value Proposition.
