 Checking of Observation Parameters on all Conveyors Circuit e.g Coal Circuit,
Product Circuit, Pellet Circuit and filling the log sheets.
 Carrying out Tools Talk and Safety Meeting for all Employees Daily.
 Inspection of the Materials Handling System and Reporting any Findings.
 Design Maintenance Strategy, Procedures and Methods.
 Diagnose Breakdown Problems.
 Fix new parts and Ensure Equipment are Working Correctly.
 Carryout Routine Check on all Conveyor Machine.
 Carryout Routine Maintenance Work and Respond to Equipment Faults.
 Provides general, entry-level support to the engineering department.
 Verifies and tests assigned metrics on projects.
 Enters test results into quality control database.
 Identifies potential areas of product improvement; recommends and assists with
development of appropriate solutions.
 Ensures compliance with applicable company and client quality requirements in all
assigned programs, functions, products, and areas.
 Identifies and reports problems with specific processes or products to senior
engineers.
 Assists senior engineers in the development of new methods to improve product
quality and process efficacy and efficiency.
