The problem is not the question but the Director was checking ---- adaptability to inclusive teaching, imagination, creativity levels, handling... diverse intelligences' among learners, and application of associations. That question is key and very essential because at Kindergarten, those children are fully dependent of the teacher to educate them (latin root of education is "educere" - bring forth like a midwife ---thus help the children bring forth their different intellectual capacities.  more

I think I somehow understand why the person referred to her looks, age and office romance; this was to dispel issues to do with writer's jealousy,... and/or being disregarded. My simple advice is this - escalate the matter objectively through right/designated grievance resolution mechanisms/channels , and with the appropriate command structure focusing only on work performance parameters. Kindly ignore whatever else she does with who, when and where as regards office affairs. It can easily be misinterpreted to mean that you're a bitter person/feel jilted etc etc more
