A young, attractive woman just joined our team and immediately started dating a guy from IT. I get it, she’s young and has a personal life. But she basically doesn’t work. She’s always on her phone or disappearing, and when she does do something, it’s full of mistakes.
We’re the ones getting in trouble from management because of this. Now we’re not sure, should we just keep an eye on her work ourselves, or tell the boss this can’t keep going?

  • Not sure I understand why we have to hear about her looks and who she is dating or even the sex of the person. Just say a new coworker is not doing... their job. Now, why do you (who is we?) get into trouble about her work? Are you training her or team leading her? more
