  • Recruitment, training, deployment, tracking and management of field staff across BAY states.
  • Daily meetings with security and field coordination officers to ensure that safety and well being of field staff is paramount.
  • Liaison between management staff and partner/contractual organizations which includes daily emails and weekly progress reports that will form part of interim reports.
  • Liaise with the support of field and security coordinators with government agencies such as the Military command, SEMA, RRR etc to obtain proper documentation that allows for data collection activities to be carried out in selected locations.
  • Ensure timely submission, review, and consolidation of reports submitted by implementing partners, including monthly sitreps and interim reports.
  • Support in developing concept notes, proposals for new projects, and upscaling the ongoing project based on lessons learnt.
  • Plan logistics with the support of finance and procurement officers.
  • Conduct daily briefings and debriefs with field staff and term leads to ensure that all field activities are carried out within the set parameters of Fact Foundation and other partner organizations.
  • Liaise with Data management team to ensure that data being submitted are of high quality. Where data is less than desirable, team leads are made aware to facilitate immediate clean-up whilst in the field.
  • Provide daily brief reports to management team at COB.
  • Write reports weekly or at the end of each data collection phase highlighting success cases, challenges, solutions applied and the way forward in subsequent engagements.
  • Overseeing and supporting the project's internal and external evaluation process in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Liaise with the resource management unit and communications teams to ensure adherence to all donor-specific requirements such as visibility, financial reporting, and procurement
  • Carry out project field visits and support the establishment of beneficiary feedback mechanisms of the project in collaboration with the other implementing partners.
