Lead Field Monitor (Borno, Adamawa & Yobe)
USAID-BHA Nigeria Monitoring Project (NMP) March 2019 – till date.
• Led the WASH, protection, food and health teams to monitor/collect data, using key informant interviews (KIIs) tools at implementing partners’ sites in-person and remotely.
• Led observation visits to partners water points, hygiene promotion, environmental health (WASH), Out-patient Therapeutic Programme (OTP), mobile clinics, stabilization centres (nutrition), food distribution sites (food) and document reviews to the programme sites of over 15 partners’ sites across the BAY states.
• Manage and coordinate the team of 12 field monitors during remote and in-person visits, to complete assigned tasks and report directly to the team’s field manager.
• Receive and disseminate information to the team via secure media channels (e.g, Signal).
• Provide and maintain accurate information on the team’s Google sheets and help them upload the backup audio recordings to be vetted by the field manager.

Field Consultant (WASH)
Borno Women Development Initiative (BOWDI), Maiduguri, Borno State. May - June, 2022.
• The Monitoring of WASH activities and the inspection of the quality of WASH facilities Implemented by Action Against Hunger (AAH) across Kaga, Megumeri and Nganzai LGAs, Borno State;
• Gauged the satisfaction of the population of concern about the programme implementation and how much it has affected their lives, through focus group discussions.
