  • Stick to your values and remain you

  • Document everything. Send follow up emails to all parties after meetings and discussions summarizing what was discussed and agreed upon. This creates... a paper trail of facts. When raising your concerns to leadership and/or HR, speak about the facts and not the emotions. Most important, do not let what is happening to you impact your self esteem or confidence. And remember that coworkers are not your friends. Workplace is very competitive and some people only keep you close to control you. Stay calm, do your work and don’t let them see you sweat.  more

  • 4points for you to do.
1 Document everything; 2.Request a private meetup with supervisor orHR and calmly share your side. Stay professional focus on... facts and impact on your work. 3. Seek Clarification to ask specifically what allegations are and what evidence was used to issue warning. This is your right to understand why you were disciplined. 4.Address the relationship with your close friend…You may need to distance yourself and keep your communication strictly professional.
Finally Take care of yourself and don’t carry this burden alone. Talk to someone you trust outside the workplace.
I wish you strength and clarity with much prayer and peace

  • A close friend won't be setting you up like that, that's just a hypocrite you think is a friend. Open up to your boss about what's happening, whatever... decision they take, the truth will always set you free. Also draw a line on that friendship. All the best. more

  • So sorry to hear that I think you should to stick to values of honesty, integrity and commitment in your work. Limit the discussions you have with... colleagues to just work related issues and find time to have an honest conversation with you Boss.  more
