After the New Year’s party this guy from the design team (who I used to have a thing for) told me I’m “incongruent.”
I was totally shocked.
I even looked it up online and apparently it means I come off as fake or hypocritical.
We’re supposed to go on a training together in a week, and I honestly have no idea how I’m going to deal with him.
Any advice? Thanks!

    if you feel him too, just draw a clear line btn work and that intimate relationship

    Don't let pitfalls to affect you. You were assignee to do training so partake. The guy is at the same team as you don't become too negative towards... him only a manager can inform  more

    just remain ON-GUARD with your professional composure and ONLY say to him when asked and keep every answer short and sweet

    Just remain calm and professional for the sake of work and once training is done part ways.
