As a Project Coordinator with The Coca-Cola Company, you’ll help us transform our business. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the management, implementation, and execution of the Engineering Capital and OPEX budget. You’ll work closely with Coca-Cola engineers, Plant leaders, and the Capital Finance team, to support the development of project capital submission plans, budgets, and cash flow tracking that meet our transformation goals. The qualified candidate will be solutions-oriented and have a proven track record of successfully supporting projects and managing cash flow, along with the ability to work in teams and handle conflicting interests.

Job Responsibility % Overview:

40% Invoice Processing:  Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices for the entire engineering team, execute the award of critical purchase orders required for project execution, and oversee the comprehensive management of purchase orders (POs) for the QSE team.
20% Vendor Management: Assist in the establishment of new vendors in the system, verify invoice and purchase order compliance with financial policies and procedures, ensuring proper authorization, correct coding, and appropriate supporting documentation, in accordance with company policy.
15% Financial Management: Collaborate with technical teams in managing cash flow, formulating innovative solutions to track project schedules, developing cost analyses, and actively participate in resolving purchase order and payment issues.
15% System Resolution: Research any escalated accounts payable and procurement issues using system resources and assist in budget and accrual meetings.
10% Team Support: Provide issue resolution when needed, offer backup support to the Financial Services Manager and Operational Escalation & Consumer Affairs Specialist, and partner with OU teams on cross-functional projects.

What You'll Do for Us?
- Support finance tracking aspects in the evaluation, troubleshooting and implementation of new capital projects, assets under construction, and project schedules.
- Collaborate with technical teams in the execution of cash flow, and innovative solutions to track project schedules.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices for the entire engineering team, execute the award of critical purchase orders required for project execution, and oversee the comprehensive management of purchase orders (POs) for the QSE team.
- Assist in the establishment of new vendors in the system, verify invoice and purchase order compliance with financial policies and procedures, ensuring proper authorization, correct coding, and appropriate supporting documentation, in accordance with company policy.
- Research any escalated accounts payable and procurement issues using system resources and assist in budget and accrual meetings.
- Monthly project planning/coordination – Management of Engineering PMO.
- Management of OEM’s & contractors within SAP – approvals and deactivations.
- Analyze Capital spending across BU’s, manufacturing facilities, and provide a detailed overview of investments.
- Manage Capital Project annual schedule and downtime calendar requirements for plants.
- Support Annual LRP Capital development, collect information for project submissions, and submittal of information to KO Capital team.
- Provide issue resolution when needed, offer backup support to the Financial Services Manager and Operational Escalation & Consumer Affairs Specialist, and partner with OU teams on cross-functional projects.


Qualification & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance related areas.
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-moving consumer goods company and the ability to leverage financial analysis knowledge & provide competitive advantage.
- Ability to triage problems, prioritize accordingly, and propose resolutions.
- Ability to work independently, raise issues and take corrective action.
- Detail oriented, analytical, and creative thinker with passion for quality processes
- Fluent in Microsoft suite software and SAP.
- Strong knowledge of Project financial analysis such as return on investment analysis and metrics.

Manage the Operational team in the execution of all inbound and outbound... movement:

Manage all tasks within the standards of excellent housekeeping:


Drive excellent housekeeping standards whilst adhering to warehouse layout guidelines by ensuring the correct product is stacked in the correct bins.


Manage the effective care for Company assets within the team:


Drive the productive utilisation of assets as indicated by optimal fuel usage and the elimination of abuse.
Care for company assets by keeping them in optimal condition according to the company policy and specifications.

Drive good product quality:


Ensure high product quality by executing an effective rework function within the team, and adhering to the company guidelines in terms of stock rotation and First Expiry, First Out, principles.

Strategic Customer Growth and Retention: Successfully implement the company's business and RTM strategies within the assigned customer base, resulting in measurable growth in sales volume, net revenue, and market share.
New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and acquire high-potential new customers aligned with the company’s strategic goals to drive incremental revenue and volume growth.
Trade Execution Excellence: Ensure flawless execution of in-store and in-trade activities (merchandising, promotions, pricing, and placement) in line with company guidelines, leading to improved brand visibility and promotional compliance.
Customer Partnership and Business Planning: Partner with key customers to develop annual joint business plans that align with both parties’ commercial goals and leverage data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
Sales Order Generation and Demand Management: Actively influence and secure customer sales orders through effective planning, demand generation, and RTM applications to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Asset and Data Management: Maintain accurate and updated customer master data within the commercial system, and manage assigned assets (e.g., POS material, fridges, signage) to ensure optimal in-market performance.
Operational Efficiency and Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders (e.g., logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery, accurate order fulfilment, and high customer satisfaction.
Brand Visibility and Activation Execution: Implement and support channel-relevant brand activations and in-market campaigns with compelling POS aligned to brand guidelines, driving awareness and shopper engagement.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Team Leader. Key purpose is to execute the activities within the warehouse according... to the issued plan within the required operational efficiency standards.


Key Duties & Responsibilities    

Key Output :


Ensure all trucks/trailers are loaded on time & in full according to the issued plan
Ensure compliance to model stock layout for all SKUs
Ensure stock is removed from the production lines such that there are no disruptions to production due to forklift availability
Ensure loads are picked on time & accurately
Comply to housekeeping standards
Comply to processes
Achievement of personal operational efficiency standards
Care for assets as per standard operational practices
Comply with relevant stock management processes including counting of inventory daily
Ensure pallets are stretch wrapped according to standard
Sorting of all returns from trade including good stock, crates, trade replacements, etc.
Completion of re-packing damaged product
