Job Description    


Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the above mentioned business opportunity. We are seeking three competent, business- minded driver who has the potential to successfully partner and independently contract with Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa as an Owner Driver. The successful driver will operate from our site in Polokwane.


Key Purpose


To perform a delivery service of the supplier company’s products in accordance with the contractual agreement and set standards, adhering to business ethics which are consistent with the supplier company’s values.


Key Duties & Responsibilities    


Competent in the management of truck driving.
Must be able to achieve operational driving as judged by on the K53 test.
Understanding of vehicle maintenance processes and requirements.
Clear and demonstrated record of safety.
Demonstrated ability of protection of crew.

Insight and understanding off competitive business environment


Skills, Experience & Education    


Grade 12 .
Valid Driver’s license code 14.
Valid PDP.
Between 3-5 years’ driving experience.
RSA citizens
Driving experience (heavy vehicle & trailer experience).


Must live in the area sourcing for.


Entrepreneurial ability.
Should have a basic knowledge of business principles: income, expenses, profit, management of assets.
Good interpersonal skills.
Should be proficient in English and a regional language.
Knowledge of the Road Traffic Act.
Knowledge of accident procedures as per legislative requirements
