The Sales Executive is accountable for delivering volume and revenue targets within a defined geographical area by effectively managing distributors, bakeries, and retail channels. Duties


Drive area sales performance to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in line with national sales goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with flour distributors, bakers, wholesalers, and sub-distributors.
Execute customer acquisition and route-to-market strategies, ensuring numeric and weighted distribution growth.
Work closely with Technical Service Officers (TSOs) to deliver cost-saving initiatives and technical support to bakers.
Monitor baking costs, flour consumption, and feedback from bakers to inform sales strategy.
Track in-market stock levels, customer order cycles, and ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Enforce compliance with credit policies; manage receivables and escalate overdue accounts appropriately.
Provide weekly reports on sales trends, competitor activities, field intelligence, and performance gaps.

Qualifications & Experience:
