Key Responsibilities


Develop and implement HR strategies... and policies aligned with corporate goals.
Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Oversee payroll administration, benefits management, and staff welfare.
Ensure compliance with HR regulations and organizational policies.
Manage succession planning, staff engagement, and retention initiatives.
Oversee procurement, vendor management, fleet, and facilities administration.
Coordinate disciplinary processes, leave management, and employee engagement activities.
Prepare HR reports, budgets, and provide insights for management decision-making.


Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (MBA and professional certifications such as CIPM, CIPD, PHRi are added advantages).
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant HR/Admin experience, preferably in the upstream oil and gas sector.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, legislation, and HR management systems.
Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage people, resolve conflicts, and drive strategic HR initiatives.

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Managing Director of an Exploration and production company. 

The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills and a meticulous attention to detail. This role will involve a wide range of responsibilities,... from managing the MD's schedule to coordinating complex projects.

Key Duties and Responsibilities


Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.  
Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal teams, vendors, and business partners, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Provide administrative and office management support to the Managing Director .
Maintain travel schedules and book travel arrangements 
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and visas.
Review all documents, reports, and correspondence prepared for executive signatures for format, content, grammar, and spelling and make edits as necessary.  
Organize and prepare materials for meetings, record minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items and deliverables.
Prepare and review presentations – internal and external 
Prepare draft reports, and background documentation, and conduct required research activities 
Receive, screen, direct all inbound telephone calls, e-mails, and visitors for the MD’s office 
Troubleshoot and/or escalate office administration issues 
Review, evaluate, and distribute priority correspondence for the executive team 
Facilitate communication with department managers, business unit leaders, and project managers 
Take and transcribe notes 
Present a positive and professional image of the executive office to all visitors, suppliers, and others. 
Other duties shall be assigned as required by the MD
