Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources/Admin Officer to oversee our HR and administrative functions. This role will work directly with the CEO, ensuring HR strategies align with corporate objectives while fostering a positive work culture and maintaining efficient administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities


Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with corporate goals.
Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Oversee payroll administration, benefits management, and staff welfare.
Ensure compliance with HR regulations and organizational policies.
Manage succession planning, staff engagement, and retention initiatives.
Oversee procurement, vendor management, fleet, and facilities administration.
Coordinate disciplinary processes, leave management, and employee engagement activities.
Prepare HR reports, budgets, and provide insights for management decision-making.


Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (MBA and professional certifications such as CIPM, CIPD, PHRi are added advantages).
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant HR/Admin experience, preferably in the upstream oil and gas sector.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, legislation, and HR management systems.
Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage people, resolve conflicts, and drive strategic HR initiatives.
