Oversee the agricultural, technical, finance and administrative teams towards meeting financial and operational targets for the business.
Develop an annual budget for the farming business.
Work with the finance team to manage the finances  of the business in line with the agreed budget
Develop and execute an appropriate recruiting and team development plan in line with corporate objectives
Ensure compliance with statutory obligations whilst ensuring ongoing and effective management of relationships with all external stakeholders
Manage key farm-related stakeholder relationships in the best interest of the business
Collate, analyse and present periodic operational and financial reports to management
Providing advice and support to all farm managers in the field to help them improve their outputs
Evaluating the economic impact of new technologies or government policies on the agriculture industry
Developing and implementing plans to improve farm productivity and efficiency

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in : Agric Economics, Agribusiness , Business Admin  , Agric Engineering or any other related courses from a reputable educational institution
Minimum of 4 years general management experience in a real sector, Agricultural operations management.

Strong Analytical Skills using

A background in agriculture, agribusiness management or supply chain management is will give you an edge / advantage
