Job Description


The preferred candidate should be a Professional Male or Female, between 24-36 years old with experience in a similar role.
He should be proficient with computer spreadsheets and Microsoft applications including word, excel and outlook.


The Ideal candidate should:


Be able to work under pressure,
Have very good writing and oral communication abilities,
Have superb interpersonal skills
Have excellent selling and negotiation skills.
Have clear understanding of sales process and dynamics
She should possess problem-solving skills and have a friendly voice.


Responsibilities:

The Job Responsibilities includes but is not limited to the following:


Sourcing and meeting with new clients.
Establishing new business.
Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
Reviewing product sales performance.
Respond promptly to customer orders and enquiries.
Communicate with customers through various channels.
Acknowledge and resolve customer’s complaints.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Be able to favourably present the company’s products and be able to answer questions.
Process order & new requests.
Keep records of customers’ interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Interact with production and logistics team to guarantee product availability for clients
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information from the management by using the right methods/tools to the distributors or customers.
Good knowledge of digital marketing would be an advantage! 


Requirements


Candidates should possess relevant qualification ( OND /HND / B.sc.)  with  3  - 5 years work experience.


Remuneration

Salary Range:  N 2,400,000 – N 3,000,000
