Job Description


The preferred candidate should be a Professional Female, between 24-36 years old with experience in a similar role.
She should be proficient with computer spreadsheets and Microsoft applications including word, excel and outlook.


The Ideal candidate should:


Be able to work under pressure,
Have good writing and oral communication abilities,
Have superb interpersonal skills
Have excellent verbal communication and skills.
Have basic understanding of sales process and dynamics
She should possess problem-solving skills and have a friendly voice.


Responsibilities:

The Job Responsibilities includes but is not limited to the following:


Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Conflict Resolution: Identify, investigate, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Product Knowledge: Providing current and accurate information on all our products and services.
Feedback Handling: documents and escalate customer feedback and complaints for continuous improvement.
Data collection: Documenting all interactions and transactions in our CRM.
Relationship Building: Build trust and fostering long-term relationships to encourage returning customers.
Good knowledge of digital marketing would be an advantage! 


Requirements


Candidates should possess relevant qualification (OND /HND / B.Sc.)  with 2  - 5 years’ work experience.


Remuneration


Salary Range:  N 1,800,000 – N 2,200,000
