Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in a presales or technical role, preferably in a technology environment.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to explain complex solutions in simple terms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint), and collaboration platforms.

Job Responsibilities

Handle and drive the sales process from prospecting to closure to achieve the set organization objectives/KPIscentre.
Drive the sales of our Business Technology Solutions services, e.g., Data Management and Software as a Service solutions, such as Zoho, Zendesk, Instaview, ManageEngine, and Business Process Outsourcing services e.g., Recruitment as a service, Contact... center as a service, etc.

Prepare journals and ensure accounts are reconciled to show all accrued outstanding are updated and balances match with the general ledger and trial balance.
