Job Description

Inform and advise the business, management, employees and third parties who carry out data processing operations, about their obligations under the NDPR and GDPR and any applicable data protection law
Monitor compliance with the GDPR and NDPR and any other applicable data protection provisions.
Monitor compliance with the NDPR and with the organization's own data protection objectives.
Provide advice when needed as regards the data protection impact assessment and monitor its performance.
Act as a contact point for the supervisory authority on issues related to data processing, including prior consultation on the data protection impact assessment and, where appropriate, advise on all other issues:
Act as a contact point for the exercise of data subjects' rights, and process their inquiries related to data processing activities.

Requirements

HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any related course.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in data protection compliance or related field
Expertise in data protection laws and practices, including deep understanding of NDPR and GDPR
Ability to promote a data protection culture within the organization.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and to manage sensitive and confidential information
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
