Job Description  

Oversee and drive the sales team to achieve the set department KPIs
Sell the company’s range of products and services directly to existing and new accounts.
Identify and acquire new customers, as well as up-selling and cross-selling to the existing customer base
Meet planned sales goals and objectives.
Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of applications.
Participate in developing, presenting, and selling a value proposition.
Effectively manage and drive the sales cycle from prospecting through to successful closure
Maintain a sustainable and robust pipeline and ensure accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning
Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities
Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale.
Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding a product or service
Liaise with the marketing department on lead generation and conversion of leads to client

Candidate's Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field
Relevant sales and marketing professional certifications are an added advantage
Minimum of 7 years of work experience in B2B Sales, managing the company’s account
Experience selling software solutions will be an added advantage.
Ability to expand the company with new sales, clients/leads, and territories
