  • Under the THRIVE 2030 Uganda program, I was responsible for leading and coordinating the planning, Implementation Research, operational integration, Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Accountability functions, Partnership and Networking, Representation, Mainstreaming of GESI of THRIVE 2030 in the Eastern, Northern, Western, West-Nile, refugee response and Karamoja regions of Uganda where Livelihood, Resilience and Food security program interventions were being implemented across the country. I was also tasked with monitoring and reporting on the Uganda Livelihoods and resilience strategy through a list of key performance indicators.

  • I Provided strategic, technical and operational oversight for programme implementation, Ensured effective coordination with in country and 11 other implementing counties in the consortium staff at all levels , fostering effective communication and collaboration and the refugee response providing timely insights to the steering committee across the globe, I designed FY23 &FY24 plans and oriented field teams on proper implementation, continuous capacity building of country level teams in Livelihoods & resilience programming utilization of existing M&E and Financial management tools for proper tracking and reporting in line with the donor guidelines improving quality of deliverables submitted to the donor, I provided high technical insights in the digitization of saving groups, producer organizations and managing the household Transformation Information Management System, I built and shared meaningful data summaries and interactive dashboards through systems integration to demonstrate results and program impact to the stakeholders as well as support management decision making; I lead partnership negotiations and onboarded four partners in the consortium; I planned and conducted programme output and outcome level monitoring as per the MEAL plan; developed and maintained systems to collect and analysed information on activities, outputs, outcomes and impact of Programme operation across the country; Led programme research components including the baselines, Evaluations, and other operational research studies, rolled:-models Building Secure Livelihood interventions including BEWV, S4T, LVCD, Digitalization of S4T & FGs, enterprise appraisal and business facilitation, Advocacy external engagement and DRR
