Vincent Chidindu Asogwa, a senior lecturer in the Department of Agricultural Education and Extension, University of Eswatini, and hails from Obukpa in Nsukka, Enugu State, Nigeria. He is a graduate of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN), where he bagged his B. Sc. (2006), M. Ed. (2010), and PhD degrees in Agriculture Education (2014); among many other professional trainings such as Entrepreneurship in Agriculture at Songhai Centre, Porto-Novo, Republic of Benin. He is a seasoned academic who started his teaching profession in secondary schools immediately after his graduation in 2006, and his lecturing career at the College of Education in Nsukka (2009–2012). He joined the Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi, Benue State, in 2012, from where he progressed to the Michael Okpaara University of Agriculture, Umudike, Abia State, in 2015. He has supervised 3 PhD dissertations, 17 Master’s theses, and over 103 undergraduate’s projects since 2012. Asogwa has authored 2 books, 9 book chapters; 32 conference papers and 89 journal articles; 4 current research works; and 2 book and 15 article manuscripts. He has attended over 32 conferences, webinars, and workshops nationally and internationally since 2009 and has reviewed many books and journal articles. He is a dedicated member of about nine professional organisations, including the Agricultural Education Teachers Association of Nigeria (Journal Managing Editor), the International Society for Development and Sustainability, and the Association for International Agricultural and Extension Education USA. He has published and sold many copies of his book titled, Understanding Fishery in the Tropics; and has other manuscripts such as Teaching and Learning Agriculture: Methods, principles and Practices; Trends in Education: Global to Eswatini. Asogwa is married to Mrs. Joy Nnedinso Asogwa and blessed with daughters: Janefrances Chihurumnanya Asogwa, Joy Sochinwekene Asogwa.
