"I am writing to recommend Professor Reuben Ejike Ozioko for the position of professor at any institution. I have known Professor Ozioko for over 12 years as a colleague and a mentee at both the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and the Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, Nigeria.

Professor Ozioko is a professor at the Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, where he has been involved in teaching, community services, and several projects related to collection development, information and communication technology, disaster management, reproductive health information, and mentoring. He has also served as a member of various national and regional committees related to research policy, ethics, quality assurance, and capacity building. He has published more than 65 papers in reputable journals and conferences, with an h-index of 10 and 297 citations (‪Reuben Ozioko - ‪Google Scholar). He is also active on social media, where he shares his insights and opinions on various topics related to his field.

Professor Ozioko is not only a prolific researcher but also a dedicated teacher and a visionary leader. He has taught and supervised numerous undergraduate and postgraduate students who have benefited from his expertise and guidance; I am one of them as a design reader of my PhD dissertation at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, during my faculty defense. He has also been appointed as the Editor-in-Chief of Propellers Journal Education Research and Theory (PJERT), which maintains rigorous peer-review standards to ensure the publication of high-quality research that contributes to the scholarly discourse in education (Editorial Team | PROPELLERS JOURNAL OF EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH AND THEORY (vinpublishing.com). He has demonstrated his ability to lead and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, both within and outside PJERT, to achieve the objectives of the education centre.

I believe that Professor Ozioko would be an asset to any institution that values excellence, innovation, and diversity in research and education. He has the skills, experience, and passion to contribute to the advancement of library and information science in a global context. I highly recommend him for the position of professor at any institution.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or need further information.

Sincerely,
Vincent Asogwa"
