Victor Olajide is a Research and Learning Associate with TaRL Africa. His work involves designing, implementing and managing the monitoring, evaluation, research and learning effort in a couple of TaRL programmes in Nigeria, Zambia and Cote D’Ivoire. He has 5+ years research experience that involved estimating econometric models using secondary data, 5+ years research experience in research design, survey design and management, field research, data collection technologies and the dissemination of research findings and 3 years experience with randomized and quasi randomized evaluations.
