I am a young Individual who has over the years, honed his skills in report writing, team coordination, coordinating training, and capacity building activities, conducting qualitative and quantitative program research, project management, and coordination as well as data analysis. I am looking at taking the next steps in my career as I desire to become a full fledged data analyst and researcher, and I also seek to work with an organization that would not only provide me the platform to grow professionally but also give me the opportunity to use my experienced gained to achieve tasks and responsibilities both individually and as a team player.

Lead the drafting of 3 Research Cycle TORs for three projects.
Lead the design of 4 data analysis plans (DAPs) as well as developing assessment and data collection tools for 2 conflict analysis assessments and a Rapid Needs Assessment on the impacts of floodings in Adamawa, Borno, and Yobe states.
Lead a team in successfully analyzing quantitative and quantitative data on three different research cycles using Excel, R programming language, and NVivo12. This also involved designing data collection tools for each RCs, creating reporting templates, and developing data
saturation grids to aid the analysis of data collected.
Successfully carried out training and capacity-building sessions for field teams and staff across five different RCs. Supervised several pilot data collection exercises where Key Informant Interviews (KIIs)and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) have been carried out across over 15 conflict-affected communities collectively in both Borno and Adamawa states.
Successfully managed field-level report writing as well as bulletins and Factsheets through handling data cleaning, consistent follow-ups with field teams, data collection partners, and conducting post-data
collection & feedback workshops with field teams in English and Hausa languages.
