Job title: MEL Intern
Population Services International/ USAID County Wide Sanitation Activity (CWSA)
 Working closely with the M&E Officer in charged to support all M&E related activities.
 Collect, record, clean, manage and report data on the activity result areas, using data tools such as DHIS2, KoboCollect, Google Form and Microsoft spread sheet (Excel).
 Verified reported data on the activity result areas to ensure consistency, reliability, precision, validity, and timeliness.
 Actively involve with Data Analysis and Data Performance Review.
 Conduct sites verifications, GPS coordinates collection, and field visitation.
 Support the conduct of Stakeholders engagements, partnership engagements, and refresher training for program staff on existing M&E tools.
 Participate in M&E review meeting and Collaboration Learning and Adapting (CLA) engagements meetings.
 Support the writing of M&E reports and advocating that data findings are used for senior management decision making on the activity.

Work experience

Under the guidance of the EDA M&E Officer, I completed the following tasks:
I completed Training in Data Entry and Data Management.
 Took delivery of raw data for entry into EDA-designed Excel Spread Sheet.
 Completed at least 368 entries daily.
 Verified raw data with soft copies to ensure constancy in data entered and reported.
 Completed Data Entry-related tasks as may be required

Work experience

Managerial effectiveness among fishing communities.
Case Study: West Point and Point-four landing sites (Montserrado). Big Fanti town and Korkorwin landing sites (Grand Bassa)
