I am an experienced business professional with 30-plus years in combined technology (systems), management, sales, recruiting and training arenas. My strength in FLC recruiting has been on I.T. and Engineering recruiting for DoD, Aerospace, Automotive as well as F-100 organizations. Clients included Northrop Grumman, Boeing, Raytheon, BAE, Orbital, L-3 Communications, Honda NA, Toyota NA, AARP, to name a few on the technology side. My recent, nine-year experience with FedEx Ground regionally, was at an SME management level, performing a variety of training, auditing and monitoring of contract compliance issues. Recruiting on seasonal needs locally, regionally, and nationally was also a key factor to FedEx Grounds success during its peak seasons via trade shows, recruiting events and community outreach. I have excellent command of the English language and can also support conversations in Spanish. as I have moved up the ranks via challenging work, quality personal development training (technical, sales, processes, leadership) and maintaining a positive Respect for the Individual” message.
