Stephen Oguna is a trained legal scholar, Certified Professional Mediator, Trainer of Trainers and a sustainable Development enthusiasts. He enjoys over 6 years of work experience in the civil society sector having been privileged to work for both regional and national NGOs in Kenya. Currently Oguna is a Co - Founder & CEO for Champions' for Huma Rights Education, Mentorship & Advocacy (CHEMA) Initiative a youth led Public Benefit, Non- governmental Organization. Founded on the 17th December 2020, CHEMA champions for sustainable development and participatory governance processes through civic education, advocacy and empowerment programs for youth, Women and Persons with Disabilities. The organization is legally registered and mandated to function as a national organization covering 5 regions; Mombasa, Kilifi, Makueni, Bungoma and Homa Bay Counties.
